Once part of a Victorian villa, Pennygate transformed an old garage into a contemporary two-bedroom home off Roundhay Park.

Structural reinforcements and new foundations supported the reconfiguration, featuring an open-plan kitchen diner with a vaulted ceiling and herringbone flooring. The ground floor includes a bedroom and modern bathroom, while the upper level houses a spacious master suite with integrated storage.

Externally, the design respects the villa’s heritage while incorporating high-performance insulation, upgraded MEP services, and energy-efficient glazing. The Mews exemplifies Pennygate’s approach to sensitive restoration and modern construction.
