Pennygate were appointed as the principal contractor for the full strip back and refurbishment of Biba House Penthouse in York.

Pennygate were tasked with coordinating the interior design, lighting design, landscaping design and MEP packages to deliver a fully coordinated scheme that delivered the design teams intent justice.

Through meticulous preparation and coordination meetings during the strip out phase we discretely conceal all MEP services including an extensive Lutron system with no compromise on design or affect to program.

The works included a full new re-wire, new coffered ceilings, a substantial coordinated Joinery package and all new finishes.
