Born and raised in Leeds, Patrick Roche combines world-class industry experience with a passion for creating exceptional living spaces in the heart of Yorkshire.
On obtaining a degree in Quantity Surveying & Construction Commercial Management (BSc), Patrick established himself working with one of the original pioneers in Super-Prime Residential construction, London Projects. There, he honed his skills in cost reporting, value engineering and project management to deliver some of the most prestigious properties in the capital. Patrick went on to work for Soho House where he delivered full overhauls of both Shoreditch and Babington House.
Patrick sought a return to Yorkshire to set up Pennygate and bring home his experience to provide a new benchmark of luxury residential.
